Working hours of the tour guides
In the period form October to April, the reception office of the Department of Tourism is open and the tour guides are working daily except Saturdays and Jewish holidays from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.
In the period from May to September, from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm 
Working hours on Fridays are determined separately.
No tours are conducted on Saturdays, though the Synagogue is open from 10.00 to 12.00 for prayers only.

Tour of the synagogue: the guide will tell you about the architectural ensemble of the synagogue and about temporary exhibitions. The tour takes 20 minutes

Cost of a tour:
For tourist groups -1200 rubles for the group
Individual tourists – 100 rubles per person. 

Tours of Jewish Petersburg: payment arranged per itinerary.

Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays (Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Succoth, Simchat Torah, Pesach and Shavuot) it is forbidden to take videos or photos on the Synagogue premises.
